Submit updated Farm B to EHD within 30 days ofpiping replacement. <br /> f. EHD inspector must be present to witness removal of piping,decontamination of <br /> removed piping, management of the rinsate,and any soil sample collection. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Since concrete will be broken near the UST and piping, a secondary containment test <br /> must be performed on the UST and piping once concrete is poured in accordance with <br /> the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation company), or a <br /> Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board,and <br /> b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br /> International Code Council(ICC),and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the rnanufacturer(s)of the components) <br /> �. being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> 6. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br /> r. individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: <br /> a. A valid, current contractor's license issued by the Contractors State license Board, <br /> and <br /> b.
