Laboratory that will collect soil samples FGL Environmental, Stockton, CA <br />A signed "Release of Information Authorization" is attached. <br />After the tank(s) is/are removed, we will dig down approximately 2 to 3 feet <br />into the undisturbed soil under where the tank(s) and piping.had been to have <br />soil samples taken. Soil samples from under piping will be taken at the rate <br />of one for every 20 lineal feet. The soil samples will be taken from the teeth <br />of the backhoe bucket by the above properly licensed facility. The soil samples <br />will be taken with brass tubes. Should water be encountered, water samples will <br />be taken by plastic or glass bottles. For samples to be taken and analysis to <br />be done, see highlighted areas of "Sampling Protocal for Routine Tank Removals" <br />and "Minimum Verification Laboratory Analysis" sheets enclosed. <br />6. Method of disposal of all residual liquid, solids or sludges, if applicable: <br />A. The tank (s) and associated piping will be triple rinsed on site by Jim <br />Thorpe Oil. The cleaning procedure will consist of three (3) rinse <br />cycles with steam or hot water. Rinsate procedure is on file in your <br />office. <br />B.
