Hwy .33 <br />Patterson, CA 95363 EPA CAD 083166728 for disposal. <br />D. Nor -Cal Oil will supply to us a receipt for the rinsate recovered. We <br />will put the customer EPA site number on the receipt. A copy of the <br />receipt will be forwarded to SJLHD. <br />7. Health and Safety: Appropriate protective clothing and related accessories <br />(i.e. hard hats, class D coveralls, gloves, respirators, etc.) will be <br />used when necessary. <br />Emergency Response: Telephones are on site. Local emergency response (i.e. <br />ambulance, hospitals, fire departments) can be reached by dialing 911. <br />Office can be reached by calling (209) 462-4581 or 368-6175 to contact <br />appropriate personel. A list of emergency numbers is on site. <br />8. The tank(s) will be purged of all flammable vapors to preclude explosion or <br />to levels specified by existing regulations by inserting dry ice @ 15 lbs per <br />1,000 gallons. <br />10,000 gallon tank = 15o lbs. <br />gallon tank = lbs. <br />gallon tank = lbs. <br />gallon tank = lbs. <br />9. Method of disposal or reuse: Tank(s) and associated piping will be hauled by <br />Jim Thorpe Oil to Schnitzer Steel Products, 12000 Folsom Blvd., Rancho Cordova, <br />CA 95670 for disposal as scrap. If there is any change in tank disposal or <br />reuse, we will notify SJLHD. The "Underground Tank Disposition Tracking <br />Record" will be returned to SJLHD <br />
