Mr. Harlin Knoll <br />13 April 1989 <br />Page 2 <br />and administered by a qualified geologist, trained and experienced in enviromnental <br />sampling methods, and working under the direct supervision of a California Registered <br />Geologist. All samples will be analyzed for specific constituents according to the contents <br />of the tank. In this case, samples will be analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons <br />(TPH) and Benzene, Toluene, Zylenes, Ethylbenzene (BTXE), and Organo Lead (Pb) if <br />contamination is prevalent by AEMC's Analytical Laboratory (State Certification No. <br />210). <br />Following receipt of the laboratory analyses results, a report of all activities, findings, <br />conclusions, and recommendations will be assembled and presented to Wells Fargo Bank <br />and to the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br />Again, I appreciate your attention to this matter and apologize for the miscommunication <br />within our organization to impose upon you this way.
