Cotulla: <br /> I am writing in reference to the recent site inspection <br /> of Morton paint Company' s underground storage tanks by <br /> Ms. Margaret Logorio on February 11, 1987 . The inspection <br /> report , which defines the alternatives available to us for <br /> our ten tanks , was received here last week. I would like <br /> to take a few minutes to outline our short term proposed <br /> plans for these tanks. <br /> As I had advised Margaret , these tanks were installed <br /> in mid-year 1983 by Stockton Service Station Supply, and <br /> were manufactured by N. J . McCutchen, Inc. Tank specifica- <br /> tions are as follows : <br /> 1/4 " ( 25 gauge ) Carbon Steel, Single Wall <br /> Epoxy coated exterior, polyethylene wrapped <br /> Tanks are non-vaulted <br /> Capacity is 8 , 000 gallons <br /> Tank contents, are as follows : <br /> Tanks #2 and #5 - Unleaded gasoline <br /> Tank #1 - Empty (did contain xylene at one time ) <br /> Tank #3 - Toluene <br /> Tank #4 - Methyl Ethyl Ketone <br /> Tank #6 - PM Acetate <br /> Tank #7 - Acetone <br /> Tank #8 - Xylene <br /> Tank #9 - 100 Lacquer Thinner <br /> Tank #10 - 110 Lacquer Thinner <br /> Morton Paint Co. was sold to Alco Industries , Inc. , <br /> its present owner, in the last quarter of 1984 by its founder <br /> and previous owner, Robert P.
