1.
M
had lost 80% of our work forces) to take care of all at the same time. Our
plant is still in a very chaotic state and we need more time to correct all
issues.
# 11 CCR, section 66262.11
We had been using the same EPA number (CAR000149898) to have our
hazardous waste hauled away from Jan. 2008 prior to our move to Stockton.
We were never told that this is an invalid number and that we will need to
request for a new one until inspector Ray von Flue told us so.
#20 CCR, section 66262.34
We had lost 80% of our work forces in the new location and no one take the
time to label the containers due to the time crunch to move out of the old
location in Oakland. Not all containers were waste materials. Please give
us three months extension to correct these issues. I had called Brittell
Environmental Company, who had hauled our hazardous waste since Oct.
2007 to come to Stockton to pick up our HW but they told us that we have
an outstanding invoice of $489 that haven't been paid and they will not haul
anything until they are paid but we having financial difficulty at this moment
that we can not pay this invoice of $489 at this time. Again, we are
requesting that your organization to give us three months extension for us to
resolve these issues.
Summary:
Please give us three months extension to provide the solution and supporting
documents to the solutions.
We will appreciate your effort on helping our business survive in Stockton
(or just survive.) and in compliance. We are asking for more time and a
chance to survive in these difficult situations.
