In 2006 alone the dealership installed equipment and process' with a cost in excess of $84,000.00. Every effort has been made to train our personnel and put the appropriate measures in place to be compliant with all the laws that govern this issue on an ongoing basis. We have isolated the cause for some of the infractions and believe we have developed a process to eliminate specific issues. As an example we have repeatedly been written up for mislabeling of containers. Until recently we couldn't understand how this could happen. It very simply happens because when the hauler comes in to remove our waste he also removes the container labels. Since we were unaware of this practice new labels weren't put in place with the proper collection start dates etc. If you look at our daily audit process you will notice we know have a process to verify that all containers are labeled daily. While our goal is to be 100% compliant we know that we have at least limited our exposure by implementing our inspection process.
