Failure to keep containers of hazardous waste closed. <br /> The three (3) gallon bucket of waste oil left in the hazardous waste area was placed <br /> in the proper receptacle, covered and labeled. All future hazardous material will <br /> not be left uncovered or in an improper container. <br /> #45. Incompleted contingency plan. <br /> The current hazardous materials management plan for 1997 includes a contingency <br /> plan that complies with the specified requirements. <br /> #69. Failure to conduct daily inspections. <br /> The above ground, oil, diesel, and gasoline tanks are now inspected daily with the <br /> same procedures and forms used to check the propane tanks. <br /> #75A. Paint waste stored with paint product. <br /> The paint waste has been separated and placed in the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> #75B.
