STORM WATER MONITORING <br /> Implementation <br /> The following storm water monitoring program has been prepared for <br /> Robertson-Ceco Corp. to comply with Section B: Monitoring Program and <br /> Reporting Requirements of Order NO. 92-011 (NPDES General Permit No. <br /> CAG612002). This monitoring program has been reviewed and certified <br /> in accordance with the signatory requirements contained in Standard <br /> Provision C.9 of the General Permit (Appendix A). This monitoring <br /> program will be retained on-site with the Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention (SWPP) and will be made available upon request of a <br /> representative of the Regional Board. <br /> Object <br /> The Robertson-Ceco Corp. monitoring program has been developed and will be <br /> amended, when necessary, to meet the following objectives: <br /> a.Ensure that storm water discharges are in compliance with the <br /> Discharge Prohibitions, Effluent Limitations, and Receiving Water <br /> Limitations specified in the General Permit. <br /> b.Ensure that the practices employed at Robertson-Ceco Corp. to <br /> control pollutants in storm water discharges are evaluated and <br /> revised to meet changing conditions. <br /> A Storm Water Pollution Prevention(SWPP) Plan was prepared and implemented for Robertson- <br /> Ceco Corp. as required by the General Permit. The SWPP Plan includes a description of the <br /> facility and potential sources of pollution which may effect the quality of storm water; as well <br /> as a description of the implementation of practices to reduce those pollutants in storm water <br /> discharge. <br /> Annual Site Inspection and Certification <br /> i.Site Inspection <br /> An annual site inspection of the facility will be conducted to <br /> identify areas contributing to storm water discharges associated <br /> with industrial activity and to evaluate whether the measures <br /> identified in the SWPP Plan to reduce pollutant loadings are <br /> effective and properly implemented in accordance with the <br />
