The certification and <br /> inspection records will be signed and certified in accordance with <br /> Standard Provisions 9 and 10 of Section C of the General Permit. <br /> b.Non-Storm Water Discharges Observations <br /> During the dry season (May through September) the presence of non- <br /> storm water discharges shall be observed and/or tested on at least two <br /> occasions. Visual observations will be performed to determine the <br /> presence of stains, sludges, odors, and other abnormal conditions. <br />
