Will maintain copies of required MSDSs for each hazardous <br /> chemical used in his/her department and ensure that they are <br /> readily available to all employees. <br /> 4. Will ensure that each employee receives appropriate orientation <br /> and annual hazardous materials training, including Mandatory <br /> Education and department specific. <br /> C. Employee Health <br /> I. Will coordinate medical surveillance exams as needed and obtain a <br /> physician's written opinion regarding the outcome of the exam, a <br /> copy of which will be given to the employee. <br /> 2. Will maintain documentation related to injury/exposure reporting <br /> as required by OSHA and other regulatory bodies. <br /> D. Employee <br /> 1. Will comply with all policies and procedures related to hazardous <br /> materials. <br /> 2. Will successfully complete a pre-orientation post test and <br /> thereafter either will take a manual test or complete the haz mat <br /> section of the De'Medici module. <br /> 3.
