Circuits Inc. located at 916 S. Center Street, Stockton CA 95206. <br /> ITEM <br /> #1. Final cleaning and decontamination of (5)tanks, which held concentrated hazardous <br /> liquid materials, these waste was recently shipped (9/10/96)off site for recycling <br /> purposes leaving behind settled hazardous semi-solid material (sludge). <br /> ESTIMATED CLEAN UP/DECONTAMINATION TIME; 5 Days <br /> ITEM <br /> 92. Final discharge of 3,800 Gallons (approx.)of treated water to city sewer. Currently <br /> awaiting City of Stockton Municipal Utility's Lab results. Sample collected/ <br /> submitted to M.U.D.on 9/3/96. Analytical results will determine the actual time <br /> necessary to complete this item. <br /> a). If results are positive I expect to discharge within 3-5 days of notice. <br /> b). If results come back negative, we will need to reprocessffnal filter this water <br /> and would have to resubmit new sample for final analysis to the City of Stockton. <br /> (My own preliminary lab results showed negative results, indicating the need for <br /> additional treatment, reprocessing/Final filtration). Note,tank is sealed per MUD. <br /> A. ESTIMATED DISCHARGE TIME (scheduling) 3-5 Days (actual discharge 3-4 hrs.) <br /> B. ESTIMATED REPROCESSING/FILTRATION 2-3 Days <br /> C. ESTIMATED ADDITIONAL LAB ANALYSIS 10 Days <br /> TOTAL 15-18 Days <br /> ITEM <br /> #3 Final surface concrete floor decontamination for plating and waste water area along with <br /> plating area wall decontamination. Sumps clean up and decontamination. <br /> ESTIMATED TIME TO COMPLETE FLOORSNVALL 2 Days (in process-80%complete) <br />
