Defendant corperaticn shall timely sul-,mit pre- <br />treatment reports and all other required reports to the Stockto <br />Municipal Utility District, including any reportable deviation <br />in permit levels, per regulations. <br />12. All pre-treatment operators shall have completed <br />1910 CFR 40 hours hazardous waste training program; and all <br />operators must have obtained a pre-treatment operator's <br />certification before they do any treatment of hazardous waste. <br />13. All required local, state and federal laws and <br />procedures must be followed regarding worker safety, hazardous <br />materials handling, and hazardous waste handlinc. This include <br />Title 22 section 66265.16. <br />14. Defendant corporation shall be fined $1100,000; <br />however, if within the next 30 days defendant corporation <br />produces satisfactory proof to the District Attorney that new <br />waste water treatment equipment has been purchased and <br />installed, then the $100,000 fine shall be reduced by the amount <br />spent up to a maximum fine reduction of $50,000.00. The <br />District Attorney shall notify the court upon receipt of such <br />proof. The fine shall be paid in installments as follows: <br />within 30 days of defendant corporation's gross revenues <br />exceeding $1,750,000. <br />5. <br />
