The first interest <br />payment shall be paid on or before November 24, 1994. <br />Thereafter, interest shall be paid yearly; the principal shall <br />be paid within 30 days of the first calender year when the <br />defendant corporation gross receipts exceed $1,750,000.00. <br />9. Delinquent taxes to the Franchise Tax Board and the <br />Internal Revenue Service shall be paid in accord with the <br />written agreements between the Franchise Tax Board, the Internal <br />Revenue Service and defendant corporation. <br />10. The defendant corporation shall pay District Attorney <br />costs in Case No. SM231300 in the sum of $10,000 plus interest <br />at the rate of 12% per annum from June 30, 1993; said costs <br />shall be paid as follows: the first interest payment shall be <br />paid on or before November 24, 1994; thereafter, interest shall <br />be paid yearly; the $10,000 principal shall be paid within 30 <br />days of the first calendar year when the defendant corporation's <br />gross receipts exceed $1,750,000. <br />4. <br />
