I do not want the over sight estimate tom you department to be construed <br />as nothing can be done for less than S20,000 in government oversight. By copy of this <br />memo to defendants' attomeys I am informing them of what this office expects to have <br />happened by April 17: <br />1) That a licensed waste hauler has removed the mater;aUwaste in drums; <br />2) That the waste water onsite has been treated and removed or otherwise levaily disposed <br />of: <br />3) That attempts have been made to clean or sell to someone willing to clean or „=_e the <br />equipment onsite; <br />4) that anv remaining funds be committed to funding of Ions -term cleanup of the sight. <br />Lastly, it is my understanding that items Tl -3 can be aooroved by the county health <br />deparment and :�4 is the province of vour aSency. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter. <br />cc Doug Wilson.
