Center, Stockton. <br /> The above inspection revealed that you have personally started cleaning up materials and chemicals at <br /> the site. Note that the chemicals found in this building can be reactive and/or toxic. Any work done <br /> within this facility should be done by professional companies who have safety training and specialize in <br /> working with these toxic and reactive materials. All chemicals or other chemical residuals, solid, or <br /> sludges removed from the site must be handled as hazardous wastes. Only properly labeled unused <br /> products could be removed from the site as products and not waste. In no case can any materials be <br /> removed without prior testing and/or approval. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call this office at (209) 468-3420. <br /> Ernest M.
