In Re Search of R.V. CIRCUITS, INC. Case No. <br /> 1 <br /> 2 ORDER <br /> 3 Good cause being shown, it is ordered that the property or <br /> 4 things taken pursuant to the search warrant issued this Z Y day <br /> 5 of September, 1993 , commanding the search of the premises of R.V. <br /> 6 Circuits, Inc. , 916 South Center Street, Stockton, California, are <br /> 7 to be placed into the personal custody of San Joaquin County <br /> 8 Department of Public Health Services. It is further ordered that <br /> __ 9 the Department of Public Health Services is to maintain custody <br /> 10 and control of the samples subject to the order of this court or <br /> 11 of any court in which the offense in respect to which the property <br /> 12 or things taken is triable.
