AFFIDAVIT <br /> 1 <br /> "EXHIBIT B" <br /> 2 <br /> 3 Your affiant is currently employed by the San Joaquin <br /> 4 County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> 5 (hereinafter PHS-EHD) . Your affiant is employed as a <br /> 6 Supervising Registered Environmental Health Specialist. Your <br /> 7 affiant has been a Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> 8 for over 20 years. Your affiant has attended a 40 hour course <br /> 9 in hazardous waste Recognition and Safety Training. Your <br /> 10 affiant has participated in no less than 50 on site inspections <br /> 11 of hazardous waste generator, transport or storage facility. <br /> 12 Your affiant has investigated no less than 60 cases of alleged <br /> 13 illegal transportation and/or disposal of hazardous materials. <br /> 14 Your affiant has participated in the execution of over 3 search <br /> 15 warrants. Your affiant is aware that illegal storage, <br /> 16 treatment, disposal and/or transportation of hazardous waste are <br /> 17 felonies pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 25189 . 5. On <br /> 18 August 17 , 1993 , your affiant received information from Ms. <br /> 19 Rhonda Archbold, Stockton Municipal Utilities District (SMUD) , <br /> 20 Enforcement Officer, regarding the alleged unlawful treatment <br /> 21 storage disposal and possibly transportation of hazardous wastes <br /> 22 by R.V. Circuits, Inc. , located at 916 S. Center Street, <br /> 23 Stockton, California. <br /> 24 The area of the business is further described as a circuit <br /> 25 board manufacturing operation known as "R.V. Circuits, Inc. " <br /> 26 with and assessor parcel no. 147-140-36 . The building is <br /> 27 located on the southeast corner of Worth and Center Streets in <br /> 28 <br /> 1 / _ <br /> r <br />
