This is a violation of Section <br /> 3 <br /> 66265. 175, Title 22, CCR. Health and Safety Code Section <br /> 4 <br /> 25189 . 5 . <br /> 5 <br /> 16 . Open tank of untreated hazardous waste which is required to <br /> 6 <br /> be less than 60 centimeters (two feet) from the top of the <br /> 7 <br /> container was found overfilled. This is a violation of <br /> 8 <br /> Section 66265. 222 (a) , Title 22 , CCR and Health and Safety <br /> 9. <br /> Code Section 25189 . 5. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Additionally, numerous other federal, state, and local <br /> 12 violations of hazardous material, hazardous waste, employee <br /> 13 safety, fire and building code violations are ongoing at R.V. <br /> 14 Circuits. <br /> 15 Your affiant understands that there remain exigent <br /> 16 circumstances regarding worker safety and concerns for the <br /> 17 residential population adjacent to R.V. Circuits thus prompting <br /> 18 this request for a search warrant. <br /> 19 Based upon the above information and my training, <br /> 20 background and experience, I believe that the items listed in <br /> 21 "Exhibit All (attached hereto and thereby incorporated by said <br /> 22 reference) are likely to be found at 916 South Center Street, <br /> 23 Stockton, California.
