All new waste stream plumbing had to .be <br /> installed which created a trial period to fine tune the <br /> waste streams . <br /> If you refer to the attached enforcement data you will find that <br /> in late May we had 3 violations with our final effluent . During <br /> that period and the early stages of remodeling, our water usage <br /> was considerably less than normal .
