This hazardous sludge <br /> (copper) was also scattered in small amounts around the <br /> ammoniated etching machine on the cement floor. <br /> 5. Title 22, CCR Section 66265. 16. At the time of <br /> inspection, the hazardous waste storage and treatment <br /> operator, Jim Beall, could not provide verification of <br /> his required training in hazardous waste management. <br /> II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br /> Violation #1: Within 30 days of receiving this report, <br /> obtain Land Disposal Restriction (LDR) Notifications for all <br /> wastes manifested off site which require them. If LDR <br /> notifications cannot be obtained, notify CAL-EPA Department <br /> of Toxic Substance Control in writing explaining the <br /> disposal status of the waste(s) in question. <br /> Violation #2 : Within 30 days of receiving this report, <br /> repair or replace the protective coating on the secondary <br /> containment area under the waste treatment tanks. <br /> Violation #3 : Within 30 days of receiving this report, <br /> prepare and provide the following copies of certified plans <br /> and reports on hazardous waste source reduction to this <br /> office: <br /> A. Source Reduction Evaluation Review and Plan <br /> B. Source Reduction Evaluation Review and Plan Summary <br /> C. Hazardous Waste Management Performance Report <br /> D. Hazardous Waste Management Performance Report Summary <br /> Violation #4: Within 24 hours of receiving this report, <br /> clean the ammoniated etching machine and surrounding area <br /> of all hazardous sludge and dispose of as hazardous waste <br /> within 90 days. <br /> Violation #5: Within seven (7) days of receiving this <br /> report, provide verification that Mr. Beall has received the <br /> appropriate hazardous waste training. If additional <br /> training is required, provide a schedule of the training <br /> with completion dates. <br />
