Center St. <br /> Stockton, Ca. 95205 <br /> Dear Mr. Smith: <br /> REPORT OF VIOLATIONS AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION: <br /> On June 15, 1990 Public Health Services - Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS-EHD) , conducted an inspection of R.V. Circuits, Inc. , <br /> located at 916 S. Center St. in Stockton. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste <br /> statutes and/or regulations were identified. Specific violations <br /> and required corrective action are listed below. Failure to <br /> correct the identified violations within the schedule provided will <br /> result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 66508 (b) , Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: At the time of inspection, 2 hazardous <br /> waste drums had been stored in excess of 90 days. This <br /> violation was previously documented in the Department of <br /> Health Services Report of Violation dated December 9, <br /> 1987. <br /> 2 . Section 66508 (a) (2) (3) , Title 22 , California Code of <br /> Regulations: At the time of inspection, twenty two - 55 <br /> gallon drums and one - 5 gallon drum did not have any <br /> labels or accumulation start dates. This violation was <br /> previously documented in the Department of Health <br /> Services Report of Violation dated December 9, 1987 . <br /> 3 . Section 67243 (a) , Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: At the time of inspection, approximately 12 <br /> drums were being stored without lids.
