4 . Section 66493, Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: At the time of inspection, the generator <br /> could not provide a copy of their Biennial Report. This <br /> violation was previously documented in the Department of <br /> Health Services Report of Violation dated December 9 , <br /> 1987. <br /> 5. Section 67105, Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: At the time of inspection, no program to <br /> train employees in proper hazardous waste management <br /> procedures had been instituted. This violation was <br /> previously documented in the Department of Health <br /> Services Report of 'Violation dated December 9 , 1987 . <br /> 6. Section 67141, Title 22, California Code of <br /> Regulations: At the time of inspection, there was no <br /> contingency plan describing procedures to be followed in <br /> the event of an emergency. This violation was previously <br /> documented in the Department of Health Services Report of <br /> Violation dated December 9, 1987 . <br /> 7. Section 66484 (g) , Title 22 , California Code of <br /> Regulations: At the time of inspection, it was noted <br /> that a manifest was received that did not have a facility <br /> signature on it and no Exception Report was filed. <br /> II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br /> Violation ji: Within 90 days of receipt of this report, all <br /> drums containing hazardous waste shall be removed from your <br /> property for disposal. The transportation of these drums <br /> shall be by a transporter registered with the Department of <br /> Health Services (DHS) to a facility approved by DHS to accept <br /> hazardous waste. A photocopy of the Uniform Hazardous Waste <br /> Manifest which accompanied the drums during transport shall be <br /> sent to this office within 30 days of disposal. <br /> Violation #2: Effective immediately, all drums containing <br /> hazardous waste shall be labeled with the following <br /> information: <br /> a) The start date of accumulation. <br /> b) The words "HAZARDOUS WASTE" . <br /> c) Your name and address. <br /> d) Composition and physical state of the waste. <br /> e) Statement or statements which will call attention to the <br /> particular hazardous properties of the waste. <br /> Violation #3: Effective immediately, all drums shall be kept <br /> closed, except when necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> Violation #4: Within 30 days of receipt of this report, a <br /> Biennial Report shall be submitted to DHS and PHS-EHD. The report <br /> will describe quantities of hazardous wastes generated during the <br /> previous calendar year. <br />
