< 1. This sample result also indicated a copper level of 600
ppm which is greater than the "Soluble Threshold Limit
Concentration" (STLC) of 25 ppm. This sample establishes the
liquid material in the drum to be a hazardous waste as
described in Article 11, Sections 66705 (reactivity criteria)
and 66699 (presistant and bioaccumulative toxic substance) ,
CCR, Title 22.
3 . This label had been scratched
off and damaged. This drum was not labeled properly and was
sampled for PH. The sample results from this sample were
found to be <1 PH. This PH level would indicate that the
liquid in the drum was a hazardous waste as established in
Article 11, Section 66705 (reactivity criteria) CCR, Title 22 .
STATEMENT: I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AND KNOW THE CONTENTS THEREOF
AND I DECLARE UNDER THE PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT THE FOREGOING IS
TRUE AND CORRECT, EXCEPT AS TO THOSE MATERS I BELIEVE TO BE TRUE:
EXECUTED ONO= ° ' /S— 19a-; STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA
DECLARANT — a q2 2 Xa_
