Vasquez, Raymond --3- December 9, 1987 <br /> J. Section 66371 , California Administrative Code <br /> Hazardous Waste Facility Permits are required for on-site <br /> treatment of hazardous wastes . RV treats hazardous <br /> wastewater . A permit is required for such this activity. <br /> II . Schedule for Correction <br /> A. Immediatelv, upon receipt of this letter , RV shall cease <br /> discharge of all wastewater to the sanitary sewer until such <br /> time as a system approved by the City of Stockton, in <br /> writing, is installed and discharge is in compliance with <br /> DHS and City of Stockton ' s limits. <br /> All wastewater shall be collected in drums until a waste <br /> determination is made. These drums shall be labeled in <br /> accordance with Section 66508 of the California <br /> Administrative Code ( see Attachment 2 ) and covered when not <br /> being filled. <br /> By December 22. , 1967 , RV shall submit manifests for disposal <br /> of liquid waste in tanks located in the yard. If no <br /> manifests are available, describe procedures used and <br /> volumes of wastewarer disposed . <br /> B. By December 22 , 1987 , RV shall submit an analysis of it ' s <br /> wastestream prior to treatment . Wastewater samples will be <br /> taken each hour for eight hours during a typical day' s <br /> production, field tested for pH, and then combined for <br /> analysis . The samples shall be analyzed for concentrations <br /> of copper , nickel and lead in accordance to EPA Method 8010 . <br /> pH shall also be analyzed using EPA Method 150 . 1 . All <br /> analyses shall be performed by a California certified <br /> laboratory . <br /> In addition , an inventory of chemicals used in printed <br /> circuSt board manufacture shall be submitted with Material <br /> Safety Data Sheets attached. <br /> C. Immediately, all drums containing hazardous waste shall be <br /> managed and labeled in accordance with Section 66508 . <br /> D. By Marct; .1 , 1988 , a Biennial Report shall be submitted to <br /> DHS. The report will describe quantities of hazardous <br /> wastes generated during the previous calendar year . A copy <br /> of this report shall remain at the facility for a three year <br /> period . <br /> E. By December 22 , 1987 , RV shall submit verification that : <br /> o fire extinguishers have been installed in accordance <br /> with local fire codes including the plating area, and <br />
