CFC, §1007.2.6.1. <br /> 15. Separate the H-4 garage with a one-hour firewall from the H-3 storage of hazardous <br /> materials. Apply for a building permit and submit construction drawings for approval. <br /> Permits can be obtained through the Building Division. <br /> 16. Remove the gasoline containers, which are not UL approved from the building. <br /> Flammable liquids more than 5 gallons inside the building shall be stored in approved <br /> flammable liquid storage cabinet. <br /> 17. Provide secondary containment for all oils and hydraulic fluids. <br /> 18. Obtain the following permits from the Fire Prevention Division: <br /> • Hazardous Material ($115) <br /> • Flammable and Combustible Liquid Storage and Handling ($115) <br /> • Garage ($175) <br /> • Hot-works Operations (cutting and welding) ($70) <br /> The violations that require plans must be submitted to the Building Division within 30 days of <br /> this letter date.
