(See Exhibit 1.) Unfortunately, the report provides little, if any, <br /> information as to who the "Complainant" was and what the nature of the complaint was. For <br /> example, who or what is "APCD"? Assuming "APCD" is an organization or other entity, I would <br /> request more specific information as to the identity of the person who made the complaint and what <br /> the specific allegations of the complaint were. <br /> I find it disturbing that under "Nature of Complaint", the only explanation was "Complaint <br /> of radioactive material (sic) being brought into facility". Such a statement is practically <br /> 'meaningless and provides no explanation at all. Given the seriousness of an allegation that <br /> radioactive materials are present at a particular location, I would hope that your organization would <br /> make every effort to get as much information regarding the complainant and the nature of the <br /> allegations as possible before you would subject a business owner to such an onerous inspection. <br />
