Including implementation <br /> of the facility Contingency Plan. <br /> 6. Potential legal ramifications from the mismanagement of hazardous waste. <br /> Block 42: Waste Oil Management <br /> Type of Training: <br /> Training is conducted in the truck shop with truck shop employees. <br /> Topics Covered: <br /> 1. Complete review of Waste Oil Management Guidelines(see attached). These guidelines <br /> cover waste oil management topics such as labeling, accumulation times, and signs. <br /> Block#3: Waste Oil Filter Management <br /> Type of Training: <br /> Training is conducted in the truck shop with truck shop employees. <br /> Topics Covered: <br /> 1. Used oil filters must be drained of free-flowing used oil prior to being stored in the drum. <br /> 2. The drum of used oil filters must be labeled "Drained Used Oil Filters" and show the initial <br /> date of accumulation. <br /> 3. Storage of less than 2,000 lb. (one ton) of used oil filters shall be limited to one year. <br /> 4. A bill of lading must be kept for each shipment of used oil filters. The bill of lading must <br /> indicate generator,transporter, and receiving company names, addresses, telephone#'s, and <br /> quantity of used oil filters transferred, and the date of transfer. <br />
