HARLAN ROAD <br /> LATHROP, CA 95330 <br /> RE: REPORT OF VIOLATIONS AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS <br /> On September 21, 1994, Public Health Services - Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS-EHD) conducted an inspection at 17100 S Harlan <br /> Road, Lathrop. <br /> As a result of that inspection, several violations of the hazardous <br /> waste regulations were identified. Specific violations and <br /> required corrective actions are listed below. Failure to correct <br /> these violations within the schedule period provided, will result <br /> in PHS-EHD citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 66262 . 34 (a) , Division 4 .5, Title 22, California <br /> Code of Regulations (CCR) : One 55 gallon container of <br /> paint thinner waste had been stored on site longer than <br /> 90 days without a permit or authorization form California <br /> Environmental Protection Agency Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control. <br /> 2 . Section 66262 . 34 (f) , Division 4.5, Title 22 , CCR: Three <br /> containers used to store contaminated absorbent did not <br /> have labels. <br /> 3 . Section 66262 . 34 (f) , Division 4 .5, Title 22, CCR: One 55 <br /> gallon drum used to store "Citrikleen HD" did not have a <br /> label. <br /> 4 . Section 66262 . 34 (f) , Division 4. 5, Title 22, CCR: One 55 <br /> gallon drum of paint waste was not labeled correctly. <br /> 5. Section 66262. 34 (f) , Division 4 . 5, Title 22 , CCR: One <br /> five gallon container of 111XK Jet-Printer Waste" did not <br /> have a label. <br /> 6. Section 66262 . 34 (f) , Division 4. 5, Title 22, CCR: Two <br /> drums of "T 204" were not marked with the date of <br /> accumulation. <br /> 7. Section 66262 . 34 (f) , Division 4.5, Title 22 , CCR: One <br /> drum of paint waste was not marked with the date of <br /> accumulation. <br /> S.
