Harlan Road <br /> Lathrop, Ca. 95330 <br /> RE: REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> On May 5, 1992, Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br /> conducted an inspection at E.R. Carpenter Company, Lathrop, CA, 95330. <br /> As a result of that inspection, several violations of the hazardous waste statutes and or <br /> regulations were identified. Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct these violations within the scheduled period provided will result <br /> in further action. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 66262.34 (f), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, California Code of Regulations <br /> (CCR): Three containers used for collection of contaminated absorbent and rags <br /> were not labeled. <br /> 2. Section 66262.34 (f),(1) Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, CCR: Three 55 gallon drums <br /> of waste oil stored in the truck maintenance shop did not have current <br /> accumulation start dates. <br /> 3. Section 66262.34 (f), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, CCR: One 55 gallon drum of <br /> glue/solvent waste stored in the warehouse was not labeled. <br /> 4. Section 66265.52 (d), Article 2, Chapter 15, Title 22, CCR: The contingency plan <br /> did not describe arrangements agreed to by local police departments, fire <br /> departments, hospitals, contractors, and State and local emergency response <br /> services pursuant to section 66265.37. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services 10 <br />
