Joe Rudder
October 19, 1984
Page 2
the possibility of flooding of the site parking and grounds
facilities and accepts those risks, as stated in the October
19th letter from Joe Rudder of E. R . Carpenter .
Based on the conclusions reached at the October 18th meeting
and the contents of the letter from E. R. Carpenter, the County
will not require any further percolation tests, and will approve
a drainage plan which utilizes the proposed 6 acre pond with a
minimum of 10 dry wells, with the understanding of the E. R.
Carpenter Company that this design does not guarantee protection
against the design storm, as it is subject to fluctuating soils
and ground water conditions.
Very truly yours,
HENRY M. HIRATA
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
Eugene B. Delucchi
Deputy Director
EBD: cz
