Failed to store UW lamps in a closed container container in a manner that prevents breakage and <br /> release to the environment. <br /> Several used lighting fixtures with the lamps still inside are being stored outside on the ground next to <br /> the east fence line of the facility. Immediately provide containment for the used lamps to prevent <br /> breakage. Provide documentation for how this violation was corrected.
