Failed to store drained used oil filters in a closed container with the initial date of accumulation. Two drained used oil filters located in a drain pan on top of the used oil container were not stored in a closed container labeled as "Drained used oil filters" with the initial date of accumulation. Provide documentation for how this violation was corrected. Submit by September 17, 2010. #27. Failed to keep containers of HW closed except when adding or removing HW. (1) 55-gallon container of used oil located in the truck container and (1) 55-gallon container labeled as diesel with waste contents located next to the maintenance shop were not kept closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. Immediately close the above listed containers. Provide documentation for how this violation was corrected. Submit by September 17, 2010. #30. An empty HW or Haz Mat container (larger than five gallons) was not marked with the date it was emptied and/or not managed within one year of being emptied. Several empty contaminated containers located throughout the property and stored at the neighboring property are not properly labeled with the date they became empty. Provide documentation for how this violation was corrected. Submit by September 17, 2010. #52. Failed to post Hazardous Waste Emergency Information Form as referenced by CFR 262.34 (d), (e) & (f). ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122).
