A handout was provided for how to properly label containers of <br /> hazardous waste. Provide documentation for how this violation was corrected. Submit by September <br /> 17, 2010. <br /> #23. Failed to store drained used oil filters in a closed container with the initial date of accumulation. <br /> Two drained used oil filters located in a drain pan on top of the used oil container were not stored in a <br /> closed container labeled as "Drained used oil filters" with the initial date of accumulation. Provide <br /> documentation for how this violation was corrected. Submit by September 17, 2010. <br /> #27. Failed to keep containers of HW closed except when adding or removing HW. <br /> (1) 55-gallon container of used oil located in the truck container and (1) 55-gallon container labeled as <br /> diesel with waste contents located next to the maintenance shop were not kept closed except when <br /> adding or removing hazardous waste. Immediately close the above listed containers. Provide <br /> documentation for how this violation was corrected. Submit by September 17, 2010. <br /> #30. An empty HW or Haz Mat container (larger than five gallons) was not marked with the date it was <br /> emptied and/or not managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> Several empty contaminated containers located throughout the property and stored at the neighboring <br /> property are not properly labeled with the date they became empty. Provide documentation for how this <br /> violation was corrected. Submit by September 17, 2010. <br /> #52.
