I am enclosing <br /> invoices reflecting the batteries were returned as core and service reports showing the <br /> used oil has been removed by the contractor servicing the forklifts. <br /> 930 Failed to keep a copy of a consolidated manifest for 3 years. <br /> No material was shipped under a consolidated manifest during the past three years. <br /> #31) Failed to keep a copy of manifest or bill of lading for lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br /> Copies of invoices reflecting lead acid batteries were not located at the Stockton Facility. <br /> They were at our Sparks facility. I am enclosing copies. <br /> #41)Personnel training records incomplete. <br /> Training has been conducted by Jeffrey Kinder of CFR Services as described in response <br /> to violation#4 (copy of signoff enclosed).
