Weber Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-2708 <br /> Re: Status Report, August 26 Inspection, Stockton Facility <br /> Dear Ray, <br /> Please find listed herein a status and activity report on issues listed on pages 5 through <br /> 7 of the "Notice to Comply" issued on August 28, 2002. As much as possible I have <br /> tried to reference the issues by notice number and sub identifier. <br /> #10 (Note: Analysis for waste streams covered under sub-sections) <br /> (a) This item has been combined with items (h) and (i) and removed from site. <br /> (b) Sweepings (paint chips) have been sent for analysis — In process <br /> (c) Sludge from DE have been sent for analysis — In Process <br /> (d) All materials referenced have been re-containerized, labeled, and waiting <br /> disposition (highest ph was 12.0) <br /> (e) Pump has been repaired no longer requiring a drip pan. Contents were placed <br /> back through process, sample was sent to lab for analysis. <br /> (f) Contents are monitored and emptied back into process. Engineering controls are <br /> being reviewed and evaluated. <br /> (g) Valve has been installed to prevent discharge. Further evaluation being <br /> conducted. <br /> (h) See (a) <br /> (i) See (a) <br /> 0) Containerized and identified <br /> (k) Waiting disposition. (Copy of lab analysis attached) <br /> (1) Containerized, labeled, waiting disposition. <br /> #12 Maintain facility to minimize release of hazardous waste <br /> North Warehouse <br /> (a) Wet Floor is going to be enlarged. One bid received. In Process <br /> (b) Oil stains cleaned up and containerized.
