BILL PRICE <br /> INDY ELECTRONICS INC <br /> OLIN INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGIES <br /> 400 INDUSTRIAL PARK DRIVE <br /> MANTECA CA 95336 <br /> RE: REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> On December 20, 1991, Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EHD) conducted an inspection at Indy Electronics, located at 400 Industrial Park <br /> Drive in Manteca, CA. <br /> As a result of that inspection, the following violation of the hazardous waste regulations <br /> was identified. The specific violation and required corrective action is listed below. <br /> Failure to correct the violation within the schedule period provided will result in further <br /> action. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 66265.32, Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br /> Hazardous waste storage areas did not have adequate decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> H. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br /> Violation #1: Within 10 days of receipt of this report, all areas where hazardous <br /> waste is stored shall have emergency employee decontamination <br /> equipment including, but not limited to, eye wash equipment. <br /> When this violation has been corrected, please send written certification to this office at <br /> the letterhead address.
