Respmse to ground water contamination incidents. <br /> (F) Shutdown of operstiorrs. <br /> (b) Facility personnel shall successfully complete the <br /> program rc.juired in subsection (a) of this section six months <br /> after the date of their employment or assigrvirnt to a <br /> facility, or to a new position at a facility. Employees hired <br /> after the effective date of these regulations shall not work in <br /> Unsupervised positions Until they have conPleted the <br /> training requiresents of subsection (a) of this Section. <br /> (c) Facility personnel shall take port in an nmwat review of tho <br /> initial training required in subsection (a) of this section. <br /> (d) The owner or operator shall onintain the following docurrnts and <br /> records at the facility: <br /> (1) The Job title for each position at the facility related to <br /> hazardous waste management, and the nom, of the enpl ogee filling each job. <br /> (2) A written Job description for each position listed radar aubsertion <br /> (d) (1) of this section. This description may he ronsistant In its degree <br /> Of specificity with descriptions for other similar positions in the same <br /> company location or bargaining unit, Lit shall inctude the requisite skit(, <br /> education or other qualifications end duties of employees assigned to each <br /> Position. <br /> (3) A written description of the type and Mrmunt of both introductory <br /> and continuing training that will be given to each person filling a <br /> Position listed under Subsection (d) (1) of this section. <br /> (4) Records that dorun.ut that the training or job experience required <br /> oder subsections (a), (b) and (c) of this sectirm has been given to, and <br /> completed kyy, facility personnel. <br /> (e) Training records on current personnel shall be kept vntit ctcsare <br /> Of the facility; training records on former evrptoyees shall be kept for nt <br /> least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br /> Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the <br /> sane Copany. <br /> Indy Electronics has not instituted a training program, <br /> 2. section 67141 (e) (f) , Title 22, California Administrative <br /> Code <br /> (a) The plan shall include a list of all emergency equipmwnt at the <br /> facility (such as fire extinguishing systems, spill control equipment, <br /> cannuntestlons and alarm system (internal and external) and <br /> decontamination M. Apmant), where this equirxnent is required. This list <br /> shall be kept up to date. In addition, the plan shall irr IkKk? the location <br /> and a physical description of each item an the list and a brief outline of <br /> its capabilities. <br />
