(b) Facility personnel shall successfully complete the program rc.juired in subsection (a) of this section six months after the date of their employment or assigrvirnt to a facility, or to a new position at a facility. Employees hired after the effective date of these regulations shall not work in Unsupervised positions Until they have conPleted the training requiresents of subsection (a) of this Section. (c) Facility personnel shall take port in an nmwat review of tho initial training required in subsection (a) of this section. (d) The owner or operator shall onintain the following docurrnts and records at the facility: (1) The Job title for each position at the facility related to hazardous waste management, and the nom, of the enpl ogee filling each job. (2) A written Job description for each position listed radar aubsertion (d) (1) of this section. Indy Electronics has not instituted a training program, 2. section 67141 (e) (f) , Title 22, California Administrative Code (a) The plan shall include a list of all emergency equipmwnt at the facility (such as fire extinguishing systems, spill control equipment, cannuntestlons and alarm system (internal and external) and decontamination M. Apmant), where this equirxnent is required. This list shall be kept up to date.
