7 . SECURITY <br /> A security patrol makes rounds of the chemical storage and other <br /> areas, internally and externally every two hours . The patrol <br /> commences at 1800 weekdays and ends at 0800 the next day. SITE HYDROGEOLOGY <br /> Based on Geotechnical Investigation done by Twinging Laboratories Inc. <br /> of Modesto, Ca . , on March 28, 1986, ground water was determined at 22 <br /> feet . It was also determined that the subsurface soil types are <br /> uniform, and the soil profile consists of silty sand to a depth of 10 <br /> to 12 feet and underlaid by poorly graded sands to the depths <br /> explored . The test holes were drilled to a depth of 16 feet . <br /> Appendix 2 . <br />
