The investigation <br /> was authorized by Mr. Mark Olson of Indy Electronics on January <br /> 20 , 1986. <br /> I <br /> The contents of this report include the objectives of the <br /> investigation and scope of services provided . Background <br /> information regarding existing site featpres and anticipated <br /> construction are discussed. In addition , a description of the <br /> investigative procedures used and the subsequent findings <br /> obtained are presented.
