OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF COMPLIANCE - <br /> INDY ELECTRONICS, MANTECA <br /> On March 11, 1987 the Department of Health Services (OHS) con- <br /> ducted an inspection, of Indy Electronics at 400 Industrial Park <br /> Drive in Manteca.. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of hazardous waste <br /> statutes and regulations were identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective action are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct the identified violations will result <br /> in DHS citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. Schedule of Z'i?latiOTTs <br /> 1. Section 66508 (b) , Title 22, California Administrative Code <br /> (h) A generator who accumlates hazardous Waste for more than, 90 days <br /> s an operator of a storage facility and is subject to the requ irmw.nrs of <br /> Articles 17 through 32 and the permit requiremnts of Article b unless he <br /> has been granted an extension to the 90-day Period. Such ettensiw, may be <br /> granted by the Department if hazardous wastes must remain on site for <br /> longer than, 90 days due to unforeseen, tertporary and uncontrollable <br /> eircumtances. An extension of up to 30 days may be granted at the <br /> discretion of the Departa nt on a case-by-case basis. <br /> Andy Electronics is storing hazardous waste in excess of 90 days <br /> withol, : a permit or variance issued by the Department. <br /> 2.
