Immediately close <br /> these Containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste.This is a <br /> Class II violation. <br /> Response: <br /> Pacific Southwest Irrigation(PSWI)employee,Mr.Carlos Abarca,covered all the open used and new oil containers as soon as <br /> the EHD inspection was completed. On Saturday,December 27,2014,the site was again canvassed and all small and large <br /> • used oil and lubricant containers were ensured to be covered. On Monday,December 21,2014,George W.Lowry,Inc. <br /> Richard A.Lowry and Colin Kelley met with Carlos Abarca,PSWI, and a simple work plan to consolidate all the container into <br /> a single location on site for the used oil to be picked up and removed under Consolidated Manifest to a TSDF. George W. <br /> Lowry,Inc.,Waste Oil Transporter CA DTSC#7844,Colin Kelley, January 5,2015,picked up Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste <br /> Liquid(Used Oil)Lubricating,640 gallons 200 gallons and 1 empty drum for recycling on Lowry Consolidated Manifest Invoice <br /> #25057.Attached also is the TSDF signed off Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest#0134352157 JJK,(Consolidated Mainfest) <br /> denoting the PSEI Invoice#25057. See Attachments <br /> An existing Storage Container on site was quickly remodeled to an Oil room with appropriate containers for new lubricants <br /> and Hazardous Waste Used Oils and Lubricants and other related materials. Please see attached paperwork,pictures and <br /> rendering. <br /> Weldon Adhesives and Primers products and associated Hazardous Wastes are discussed on the"Hazardous Waste <br /> Treatment"pages of this Return to Compliance Report.Note:The open containers of Weldon product were placed into an <br /> open top Hazardous Waste drum covered with a lid,ring and bolt and labeled. <br /> Training was given on Hazardous Waste and othersubjects as noted the Training pages of this Return to Compliance Report. <br /> Emphasis was placed on any Hazardous Waste Container being covered and appropriately labeled with the correct label filled <br /> out and dated. <br /> • <br />
