The permanent EPA ID number should be used for all disposal of hazardous waste generated during the facility's normal operations. The generator and waste sections of the uniform manifest shall be completed and signed and dated by the generator with correct and accurate information. The transporter shall also sign and date the manifest. Immediately make all necessary corrections and notifications with DTSC to ensure that all wastes are properly identified under the correct EPA ID number. Submit a copy of the notification made to DTSC, to the EHD. Ensure that all manifests are properly completed for any transport of a hazardous waste for off-site transfer, treatment, storage or disposal. This is a minor violation.
