Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifest or prepare and submit an exception report to DTSC. <br /> By January 19, 2012, submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest or a copy of the <br /> exception report submitted to DTSC. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 404. A red plastic drain tub and a rolling metal drain pan were observed in the back shop filled with used <br /> oil without lids. Spent absorbent was observed mixed with reusable absorbent in an overfull green <br /> plastic bin marked for garbage only, with a partially open lid. According to the facility contacts, spent <br /> absorbent is supposed to be placed in 55 gallon drums in the hazardous waste storage area and the <br /> reusable absorbent is stored in repurposed plastic garbage bins. All hazardous waste containers shall <br /> be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and <br /> ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 605. An empty covered spill pallet was observed unlabeled outside the <br /> back shop with oily liquid in the bottom. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br /> following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> 4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br /> the required information.
