The generator manifest copy shall <br /> be submitted to DTSC for every shipment on a manifest when California is either the generator state or the destination <br /> or consignment state. The generator manifest copy shall be mailed to: <br /> DTSC Generator Manifests <br /> P.O. Box 400 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0400 <br /> Ensure that copies of all generator manifests are sent to DTSC within 30 days of shipping hazardous waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> -A green and white drum of used oil was observed in the pit in the shop with no lid <br /> -A 55 gallon green and white drum of used oil was observed under the filter crusher approximately 2/3 full with no lid. <br /> According to Mr. LaMagra, this drum is supposed to be emptied daily. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately <br /> close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
