0 0 <br /> a secured area within a building reducing exposure of the tank to ultraviolet light and <br /> from adverse storm conditions. <br /> (4)Age of the Tank System <br /> According to manufacturer's nameplate on the tank, the tank was manufactured in July <br /> 2008. <br /> (5) Tank Integrity Testing Results <br /> According to Mr. Mark Taylor, a tank integrity test was conducted in July 2008, by <br /> pressurizing the tanks to 4 psi then spraying welded seams with soap suds to detect leaks. <br /> The pressure test results indicate that the tank did not leak under pressure. The tank <br /> integrity testing results (Mosier Brothers 7/2008) are included as Attachment B. <br /> RECOMM EN DATIONS <br /> Continue daily inspections of the tank and include inspection of the secondary containment <br /> system. Document findings daily on the hazardous waste oil tank inspection checklist. Submit <br /> and maintain completed daily inspection checklists in accordance with WMI's Waste Oil <br /> Management Program requirements. <br /> The tank should be secured to the floor or to the wall. <br /> Instal] primary tank fill gauge on top of tank. Reorientate tank to improve accessibility to the <br /> sceondary tank inspection plug at the bottom of the tank. <br /> Perform non-destructive tank integrity testing every 5 years, at a minimum. According to 22 <br /> CCR §66265.192, this Hazardous Waste Oil Tank Assessment Report, and subsequent tank <br /> integrity tests, must be kept on file at the Stockton Scavenger Facility, in Stockton, California, <br /> until closure of that facility. <br /> Post emergency phone numbers in a conspicuous location on or adjacent to waste oil tank. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> This Hazardous Waste Oil Tank Assessment Report was reviewed and certified by an <br /> independent,qualified,professional engineer, registered in California. Refer to Attachment C. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> Services were provided by NES in accordance with the existing standard of care practiced by <br /> similar professionals in Northern California at the time services were provided. No warranty, <br /> expressed or implied, is made.
