Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed <br /> below. Failure to correct these violations within the scheduled period provided will result <br /> in San Joaquin County Public Health Services citing you for continuing/additional <br /> violations. <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1. Section 66262.34 (a), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: Two <br /> drums of hazardous waste oil/water had been stored on site for more than 90 <br /> days. <br /> 2. Section 66262.34 (a), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: One <br /> drum of hazardous waste labeled as M.E.K. 60%-80%, Buthyl Cellosolves 5%- <br /> 20%, Resin Compounds 1%-5%, had been stored on site for more than 90 days. <br /> 3. Section 66265.34, Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br /> Personnel involved in handling hazardous waste in the hazardous waste storage <br /> building do not have immediate access to an internal alarm or emergency <br /> communication device. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
