H. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br /> Violations Within seven days of receipt of this report, remove all hazardous <br /> #1 and #2: waste that has exceeded the allowable accumulation time under <br /> manifest by a registered California Hazardous Waste Hauler to an <br /> approved site. <br /> Violation #3 Within 45 days of receipt of this report, provide immediate access to <br /> an internal alarm or emergency communication device for personnel <br /> involved in handling hazardous waste. <br /> When all violations have been corrected, please send a written certification to this office <br /> at the letterhead address.
