There <br />must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the <br />following information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; <br />location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire <br />department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately update the emergency coordinator information. <br />Submit a corrective action statment to the EHD once this has been completed. <br />This is a minor violation, <br />110 <br />CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br />Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of paper and metal oil filters for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 were not <br />found on site during the inspection. <br />Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br />used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br />Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years and maintain them on site. Submit <br />copies of the disposal records for the oil filters to the EHD. <br />This is a Class 11 violation. <br />113 <br />HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br />Copies of the paper filter hazardous waste disposal records for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 were not observed <br />while on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and <br />all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br />review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br />submit copies to the EHID. <br />This is a minor violation, <br />204 <br />HSC 25201(a) Failed to obtain a permit to treat hazardous waste. <br />Oily water generated from stormwater runoff is being treated. Oily water is filtered through a container with a PIG <br />absorbent filter in it. The water that comes out is then tested for the presence of oil. If no oil is detected, it is sent to <br />the retention basin on site.
