There <br /> must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the <br /> following information must be posted by a phone:the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; <br /> location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present,fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire <br /> department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately update the emergency coordinator information. <br /> Submit a corrective action statment to the EHD once this has been completed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of paper and metal oil filters for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 were not <br /> found on site during the inspection. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br /> used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years and maintain them on site. Submit <br /> copies of the disposal records for the oil filters to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of the paper filter hazardous waste disposal records for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 were not observed <br /> while on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and <br /> all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br /> review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br /> submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> One white 30 gallon steel drum containing oily liquid and solids,was observed with no lid on the container. Bill <br /> Johnson,Vice President, stated that the waste was hazardous waste. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
