Immediately mark and manage all empty containers <br /> per this section. Submit a corrective action statement to the EHD once this has been completed. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> One white 30 gallon drum containing oily liquid/debris was observed with no accumulation start date. Facilities who <br /> generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at <br /> any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Since it cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has <br /> been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest. <br /> Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the storage area: <br /> One white 30 gallon drum containing oily liquid/debris was observed with no accumulation start date. <br /> In the oily water filter area: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon poly drum containing oily water was observed with a label missing the physical state and the <br /> hazardous properties. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon poly drum containing oily water was observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information.
